Shipping policy

A few words on how your order gets to you. Our tees ship from our own stock; our prints and notebooks are printed to order, so they take a few extra days. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time

• Tees — ship from stock in 1–2 business days.
• Art prints & posters — printed to order, 2–4 business days before shipping.
• Notebooks — printed to order, 3–5 business days before shipping.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery — United States

Free standard US shipping on orders over $75 — below that, a flat $8. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on opening more countries — if you're elsewhere and want a piece, write to vicente@metrica.art and we'll let you know when we reach you.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If a week passes and you haven't received a tracking link, write to us at vicente@metrica.art.

Delays

Occasionally a made-to-order item or a carrier runs slow. If your order is running late, reach out — a real person answers.

Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
